Bankert&#8217;s <em><a href=\"https:\/\/pims.ca\/publication\/isbn-978-0-88844-910-8\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/pims.ca\/publication\/isbn-978-0-88844-910-8\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Philology in Turbulent Times: Joseph Bosworth, His Dictionary, and the Recovery of Old English<\/a><\/em>. In her book, Bankert offers a detailed examination of the genesis of Joseph Bosworth and T. Northcote Toller&#8217;s <em>Anglo-Saxon Dictionary<\/em>, a foundational work of Old English lexicography.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:24px\">The PDOE series is published by the Pontifical Institute of Mediaeval Studies.
